Terms and conditions
VUE Nelson Bay
Please respect our home and read these terms and conditions carefully before booking. When you make a booking with us, you accept on behalf of yourself and your party the terms of these booking conditions. It is your responsibility to ensure that all of the details on your confirmation documents are correct and to bring to our attention any errors or discrepancies within 48 hours of your booking. Guests accept and are held fully responsible for their visitors or children which may result in injury, harm or death when staying or visiting the property and its surroundings. Any breach of these terms and conditions may result in immediate eviction with no refund or cancellation of your booking.
SECURITY BOND
Your credit card details will be held on the system as security bond. Your credit card will be automatically debited in the event of damage to the property, equipment, breakages or if extra cleaning is required. Please note: we will only process monies on your credit card or if there is reported damage to the Property, or if the 'Terms and Conditions' are not adhered to. If you do not hold a credit card and cannot provide one as a bond, we will require a $2000 cash bond to be paid. This payment will be refunded within 14 days of departure, once we receive your departure inspection report and no charges are required.
CHECK-IN + CHECK-OUT
Standard check in time is 3pm on the day of arrival and the property is to be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. An additional fee will be charged if you do not check out by 10am. Early arrivals and late check outs are at the discretion of Management and must be requested at the time of booking and can only be confirmed 1 day prior to arrival or departure. Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate early arrivals and late departures, the only way to absolutely ensure an early check-in or late check-out is to book an extra night.
PARTY + LARGE GROUP GATHERINGS
We have a STRICT no party or large group gatherings policy. Any violation of the house rules could result in immediate eviction with no refund given.
NUMBER OF GUESTS
At no time during your stay is the number of guests staying to exceed the max occupancy, unless prior approval is sought and given by management in writing. The use of extra beds other than the number booked will attract an additional tariff.
PARKING
Guests staying at the property and visitors visiting the property are to strictly park in the property’s garage/driveway. Maximum number of vehicles is 4 for Vue One and 3 for Vue Two. Guests and visitors must not park or drive on grassed and garden areas. Any parking outside of driveway areas will result in complaints being lodged. Any complaint that requires concierge to attend the property, the guest will be charged a fee of $150.00 incl. GST per hour or part thereof, incl. travel time to and from the property. This fee will be deducted from the credit card on file, without prior notification.
• It is prohibited to park across the road from Vue Nelson Bay. Please do not park on pathways and in front of boundary fence/essential services.
• Parking of campervans, caravans and/or trailers (with or without boats, jet ski’s on the property is prohibited. Guests will be asked to remove the vehicle/trailer immediately. If the guests do not comply then the vehicle/trailer may be towed away at the guests’ expense and will be deducted from the credit card on file, without prior notification.
• When parking vehicles in the property's garage/driveway, please ensure there are no leaks from the vehicle/s that may stain the grounds. Any stains needing to be professionally removed will be deducted from the security bond with any extra charges over and above that amount charged to the credit card on file.
CHILDREN
We welcome children of all ages to our property. A complimentary porta-cot can be supplied for children under the age of 2 years. Guests are required to supply linen for this cot and must be set up by guests. Steps and balconies need to be taken into consideration before booking. Please note there are no baby gates or stair barriers, and supervision is the responsibility of parents & guardians. Please contact management if you need further information. No refund will be given if the accommodation is deemed unsuitable after check in. Supervision of children around the Pools, fireplaces, stairs, balconies, roads, driveways and all areas of the property and surrounds are the sole responsibility of parents/guardians and Vue Nelson Bay accepts no responsibility.
Children under 12 years of age are not permitted to use the Vue Lift or controls including push buttons and must be supervised by an adult at all times. If the Lift emergency call out is activated for a non-emergency a $500 fee will be charged.
SWIMMING POOL
Guests use the swimming pool at their own risk and must ensure children and infants are supervised at all times by parents and guardians. Children and infants must not use the swimming pool when a parent and guardian is not present. The swimming pool has safety fencing and gates and guests must ensure the safety fencing and gates remain operational at all times and gates are not prevented from closing and climbing objects are not left near fences and gates. Using the swimming pool is the sole responsibility of parents and guardians.
• Pool hours are between 8am and 9pm.
• Pools are professionally cleaned, chemically balanced and adjusted for your hygiene and safety, (usually on Thursday mornings). If the pool cleaning services technician is denied access to Vue Nelson Bay pools by the guests at any time, fees for rescheduling and weekend additional fees will be charged to the guests credit card on file without notice.
• Vue Nelson Bay accepts no responsibility for the swimming pool use. Swimming pool safety must be strictly observed and complied with at all times in accordance with legislative requirements.
• Children and infants must be kept at arms-length near water at all times by parents and guardians.
• Strictly no glass or glass products permitted in the swimming pool and surrounding area. If glass is smashed, accidental or otherwise, into the swimming pool, the cost to drain, clean and refill the swimming pool will be at the direct cost to the guest and additional charges may apply at the sole discretion of Vue Nelson Bay. The fees will be deducted from the security bond with any extra charges over and above that amount charged to the credit card on file.
• Guests are not permitted to interfere with swimming pool cleaning, heating and filtering equipment. If swimming pool equipment is not found the same way it was supplied upon arrival or has been adjust during your stay additional charges will apply at the sole discretion of Vue Nelson Bay. The fees will be deducted from the security bond with any extra charges over and above that amount charged to the credit card on file
• Strictly no running around the swimming pool and surrounding area.
• Strictly no swimming pool inflatable items are permitted.
• Strictly no diving/bombing/jumping into the swimming pool are permitted.
• Strictly no climbing of any structure to enter into the swimming pool is permitted.
• No jumping from the garden walls or balustrade into the swimming pool is permitted.
• Strictly no hanging of any towels, clothing or other article on balconies, verandahs, balustrades, gates and the outside of the building
• Infants must wear swim nappies.
• Guests must not use the swimming pool if they have open wound/bleeding, rash, any contagious disease, diarrhoea/vomiting and head lice.
• Strictly no bubble bath, detergent, oils, dyes etc in the swimming pool.
• No Dogs allowed in Pools.
• No Smoking or Vaping is allowed around or in the pool area.
• If Pool water quality is affected by pollutants, food, drink, nappies, dog hair or any other contaminant, fees to professionally clean and/or drain pools will be charged to the guest credit card.
PROPERTY USE AND GENERAL CONDUCT
• Guests are to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of New South Wales, Australia.
• Guests are to comply with all Port Stephens Council regulations and laws and the Strata By-laws made available on the property. Any fines, council or strata complaints are the responsibility of guests.
• In case of any damage to the property or emergency, guests must contact Vue Nelson Bay immediately.
• No deliveries to Vue Nelson Bay prior to 4:00pm/16:00hours on the first day of reservation and no large items are to be delivered without receiving written permission.
• 24/7 monitoring of external video surveillance is operational, and guests consent to the use of external video surveillance systems during the course of stay. Cameras are not monitored for guests’ safety in any way and should not be relied on by guests for personal security or security of their belongings. Cameras may be used to enforce and verify compliance with the property’s Terms and Conditions and to the Code of Conduct for Short-Term Rental Accommodation. Any damage, tampering or obstruction caused to cameras by guests may result complete loss of the security deposit and additional charges to the credit card on file, without prior notification.
• Any additional and specialised cleaning required to remove and eliminate unpleasant odours and chemical residue and stains on carpets, furnishings and linens before future guests may use the property will be deducted from the security bond with any extra charges over and above that amount charged to the credit card on file.
• Any excessive odours from cooking that permeate the fittings and furniture, that cannot be easily removed by airing, requiring outside services to rectify, will be deducted from the security bond with any extra charges over and above that amount charged to the credit card on file.
• There is zero tolerance to drunken, bullying, or loutish behaviour, the use of foul and indecent language, any form of intimidation, malicious damage, theft, or any other form of inappropriate behaviour. NSW Police will be notified, and guests be evicted immediately without refund or credit of your security bond and booking. Extra charges over and above the amount of the security bond will be charged to the credit card on file.
• Outdoor open fires, including wood fired BBQ’s, smokers, pizza ovens and bead burners are strictly prohibited.
• No internal and external furniture and fittings are to be moved and removed in and from the property premises. If any furniture and fittings are moved and any damage has been caused by the moving of furniture and fittings, the cost of repairs and moving to the original position will be deducted from the security bond with any extra charges over and above that amount charged to the credit card on file.
• Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at the property - motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
• Where a tradesperson is to be called to the property and the issue is deemed to be caused by equipment owned by guests, where it is determined that guests have caused an issue or because guests have not followed instructions, guests will be charged an invoice cost to the credit card on file.
• All bed linen protectors are to be strictly used on all beds and pillows and are not to be removed unless needing to be washed and then must be dried and re-fitted before use.
• In the event that linen and towels are damaged, the total cost of replacement will be deducted from the security bond with any extra charges over and above that amount charged to the credit card on file.
• Any area of the property that is locked and no card or key pin code access supplied for is considered private and not for guests use. Guests gaining unlawful access to a private area(s) shall be required to vacate the property immediately, without refund or credit and will forfeit the security bond paid.
• Guests are prohibited to nail, screw, tape, staple or fix anything to any wall, door or other surface or part of the building.
• Vue Nelson Bay and concierge reserves the right to enter the property at any time, without notice, to protect and/or undertake maintenance of the property. Notice to guests will be given wherever possible.
• The use of property water for washing cars, boats or other vehicles or trailers that have been allowed onsite is not permitted.
• Use of the property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines or prosecutions. This prohibition extends to the use of the property’s internet service, if any, for criminal activity. Vue Nelson Bay will cooperate with any investigation of alleged criminal activity at the property during the course of the guests’ stay at Vue Nelson Bay.
• Strictly no hanging of any towels, clothing or other article on balconies, verandas, balustrades, gates and the outside of the building
• Should guests engage the services of a third party during the stay such as a chef, beautician, massage therapist etc, it is the guest’s responsibility to ensure that they adhere to Vue Nelson Bay Terms and Conditions and hold appropriate Public Liability insurance.
• Sex workers or adult services will not be allowed at Vue Nelson Bay.
LOCATION HIRE
Location hire for photoshoots and video shoots must be pre-approved in writing by Vue Nelson Bay. No images including the property are to be used for marketing purposes unless pre-approved in writing by Vue Nelson Bay.
BBQ, OUTDOOR KITCHEN, BAR FRIDGES, KITCHEN FRIDGE AND FREEZER
Guests are responsible for cleaning the BBQ, all BBQ utensils, kitchens, Wine fridges. Additional cleaning charges will apply if this condition is not adhered to and deducted from the security bond with any extra charges over and above that amount charged to the credit card on file. Wine fridges are strictly for the storage of drinks and beverages and fridge and freezer thermostats are not to adjusted under any circumstances for bar fridges and the kitchen fridge and freezer. Strictly no table cooking is permitted. Guests are not permitted to use their own wood, charcoal, gas, butane or electric portable cooking devices during their stay at Vue Nelson Bay. Cooking is to be done under the exhaust fan for the benefit of all guests.
MACHINERY AND APPLIANCE BREAKDOWNS, INTERNET CONNECTION, WIFI, SMART HOME AUTOMATION AND TELEVISION RECEPTION
Vue Nelson Bay is not responsible or liable for any loss or interruption to machinery and appliance breakdown, internet connection, air-conditioning, smart home automation and television reception caused by failure of equipment and/or services out of our control, including, but not limited to, water, electricity, gas and internet. Interruptions to services and features due to external and weather are beyond our control. Any problems that arise during the occupancy period that do not constitute an emergency as determined by Vue Nelson Bay, will be remedied at any time during or after the rental period, at the sole discretion of the Vue Nelson Bay.
BUILDING WORKS AND STREET NOISE
Vue Nelson Bay will not always be aware of any building, street noise and road works within the vicinity of the property and as such is going to be subject to any normal noise in a residential area. Vue Nelson Bay cannot and will not be held responsible for works and any associated noises outside of their control. No discount or compensation will be negotiated for any of the above.
WILDLIFE
The property is maintained and cleaned regularly and to a high standard however, wildlife is common. Vue Nelson Bay do not accept any liability and is not responsible for the natural and surrounding habitat (nor will we issue a refund or credit) for the unfortunate or seasonal visits of any animals, wildlife, insects, bugs, including, but not limited to; kangaroos, birds, mosquitoes, flies, spiders, snakes, ticks, leeches, rodents, ants etc and guests agree to take appropriate safety measures to prevent negative interactions with wildlife in the area. This includes, but is not limited too, not engaging with wild animals, not feeding wildlife, keeping food out of reach, closing premise doors, keeping the property clean, and securing all personal items. You are not permitted to harm the land or the natural habitat of any wildlife in any way. Vue Nelson Bay are not held liable for any personal injury due to animals, wildlife, insects, bugs etc. Guests must take necessary steps of precaution against animals, wildlife, insects, bugs etc.
SOCIAL MEDIA
• Vue Nelson Bay encourage guests to tag @vuenelsonbay when posting during their stay at the property, and unless you expressly object, we may tag you in some of our posts on matters of interest or repost your images on our accounts.
• Where, upon request, you provide us with images of you or others, taken during your stay at the property, unless you expressly object, you agree to release and hold us harmless for any liability in relation to the images which we may use for our marketing material or for promotional purposes.
• Guests agree testimonials we have received from other guests received by us are indicative of that guest’s experience at the property and may not necessarily be typical. You recognise and agree these are not a guarantee of the experience you will have at the Property, though we do our best to ensure every guest is satisfied.
• Vue Nelson Bay reserves the right to repurpose this content for the purpose of marketing and social media promotion.
• In the event you experience any problems during your stay, you agree to provide the opportunity to rectify the situation prior to leaving negative reviews that may be published in the public domain, and which may be damaging to our reputation.
• Consideration must be given to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (NSW), and pursuant to the Defamation Act 2005 (NSW), which allows for anyone who has had damaging material published about them or which may cause injury to their business, to take legal action against authors.
• The property is not to be used for any commercial reasons unless written permission is obtained beforehand, including but not limited to; brand and product photo/video shoots and self or brand promoting material of any kind.
ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM
By using our online booking system Hostaway, you agree to their terms and conditions accessible at www.hostaway.com. To making a Booking, you will be required to set up a user account. The person making the Booking will be the registered guest. However, all guests staying at the Property will be required to register upon check-in. You connect to providing your personal data and acknowledge that if you do not consent, we may not be able to provide some or all of the services including the short-term rental of the Property pursuant to the Booking (Services). For more information regarding personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy. You agree that all information you provide to us will be true, accurate, current and complete. You agree that you are responsible for all information that you submit to us, and you acknowledge that if we believe that the information provide to us by you is false, inaccurate or misleading, we may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Website and our Services.
PRIVACY
Vue Nelson Bay agree to comply with the Privacy Policy, the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and all other applicable privacy laws and such other data protection laws as may be in force from time to time which regulate the collection, storage, use, and disclosure of information about identifiable individuals (Personal Information) held by or on behalf of the Guest to the extent that they are legally obligated to comply with these laws. Please also refer to the privacy policy of our online booking system.
COPYRIGHT
Copyright is claimed by Vue Nelson Bay to the extent Vue Nelson Bay are able to claim for all material on their sites. Other than using it for your own personal use, that material may not otherwise be used or copied without our prior written approval or the prior written approval of the person or corporation who owns it, a copy which approval you will provide to us if we request it.

The links on Vue Nelson Bay sites to other sites operated by other parties are not under our control. Following a link to other sites is done at your own risk. Any advertising appearing on those sites is not an endorsement by Vue Nelson Bay.
LOCKING UP
It is the responsibility of the guests booked in the property at that time to lock the house whenever they leave the property. Any theft that happens due to neglecting to lock the property will result in charges.
NOISE
Please be considerate of our fellow neighbours and guests staying at and around the property, we are a duplex building with a connected floor and lift shaft. We reserve the right to remove guests for unruly behaviour with no refund. All music needs to be turned down by 9pm on weekdays and 10pm on weekends till 8am the following day. These are local council regulations. Disturbance to other guests and neighbours including excessive noise, music and unruly behaviour is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund. If a noise complaint is received, a first warning will be given. If a second complaint is received this will result in a fine of $1000 to be debited from your credit card file.
Vue Two Pet Policy
Unfortunately we are unable to accept pets. No pets are permitted on the property at any time (fines apply).
Vue One Pet Policy
Only one medium Dog or two small Dogs are allowed but must be approved upon application (fees apply)
STRICTLY NO SMOKING or VAPING
Smoking or Vaping on the property both indoors, outdoors and within the grounds of Vue Nelson Bay is strictly prohibited. If there is any evidence of smoking inside the property or on the grounds you will be charged an additional $1,000 for a specialised clean to eliminate odours and remove chemical residue before future guests may use the space. Fines apply.
CLEANING AND DAMAGES
On departure, your accommodation is to be left in a clean and tidy state. Vue Nelson Bay must be left in the condition it was in upon guests’ arrival. Extra cleaning charges will apply if this condition is breached and will be deducted from your deposit or credit card. Excess cleaning fees will apply (e.g. rubbish not being removed, dishes not washed and put away, barbecues not cleaned properly).
Please report any existing damage to the property upon your arrival. Please immediately report any damage which occurs during your stay. Extra cleaning and linen change can be arranged during your stay for an additional charge, at a cost to you. Please contact management for further details. Damages or breakages of furniture or furnishings must be reported to Management immediately. Breakages or damages to the property and all communal or external areas that are caused by any guest and/or a guest’s visitor will be charged and recouped in full, from the guest’s credit card or deducted from the guest’s refundable deposit. Excess cleaning required on departure or replacement of items removed from the accommodation will be charged to the guest’s credit card. Furniture, fixtures and fittings are not to be altered or moved between rooms or properties. There will be a charge incurred if furniture is not returned to its original location.
LOST OR DAMAGED KEYS
Please note: Keys, Key-fobs and remote controls are the responsibility of the Guest and additional $110 will be charged to your card for lost or damaged keys, key-fobs. Remote controls that require replacement will be charged at $150. If guests lose keys or lock keys inside the property and require access, a security call out fee will apply. If replacement keys need to be cut, programmed, key barrels need to be replaced, or in secure complexes, re-keying is required, costs will be calculated based accordingly and charged to the guest.
RESPECTING NEIGHBOURS
A guest must not at any time during the occupancy period:
(a) create noise that because of its level, nature, character, or quality, or the time it is made, is likely to harm, offend, or unreasonably disrupt or interfere with the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(b) act in a violent or threatening manner towards neighbours or other occupants of the premises
(c) act in a manner that could reasonably be expected to cause alarm or distress to neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme.
(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises.
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This section is an offence provision under section 54C of the Act.
The Commissioner may issue guidelines about what may or may not be appropriate conduct under section 2.5.2 of the code.
A guest must not copy, or knowingly retain after the end of the occupancy period, any keys, security passes or other instrument that facilitates access to the premises.

RESPECTING THE HOSTS
A guest must take care of the host’s premises and the host’s property at the premises.
A guest must notify the host or the host's representative of any dispute or complaint about a guest’s or visitor’s behaviour as soon as possible after the dispute or complaint arises.

GUESTS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT OF THEIR REGISTERED VISITORS
A guest is responsible for the actions of visitors they invite onto the premises during the occupancy period and must ensure visitors to the premises comply with section 2.5.2 of this code as if they were a guest on the premises. All visitors to Vue Nelson Bay must be registered with permission from the host or agent. Fees of $500 per day per unregistered visitor to Vue Nelson Bay applies and will be deducted from your credit card or security bond.
INDEMNITY
Guests and their registered visitors’ actions, conduct and safety are the responsibility of the Guests. Vue Nelson Bay does not condone unsafe, irresponsible or illegal actions/behaviour etc. on or off the premises, during a stay or at any other time. A condition of entering and/or staying at this property means that all guests understand and agree to indemnify the agent and owners against any responsibility or action(s) (legal or other), due to any action(s), incident(s), loss or injury(s) while within or outside of the premises (including, but not limited to, the grounds, facilities, structures, etc.) during a stay or at any other time. Your booking request will be confirmed once your payment has been receipted and a receipt emailed to you following your booking confirmation.

Vue Nelson Bay is designed to a very high standard, properties are finished and furnished with costly materials and products. You become responsible for any and all damage and loss to the property and its contents from the date and time you check-in to the date and time you check-out. Any damaged items in the properties will be charged at the full advertised replacement cost and product brand including delivery and disposal costs. The Property is a residential premise and is strictly for Residential use. The number of occupants allowed is as per approved on your booking email and as advertised. The use of the property for functions, weddings, parties or other like mass gatherings are STRICTLY PROHIBITED unless written consent has been emailed by management. Use of the property for such events or other than as a residential premise will result in the termination of the reservation for the property, removal of the Guest (s) and other occupants from the property and other costs or expenses (including an unauthorised function/extra cleaning fee of $700).
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Would you like to protect this booking with Cancellation Cover? We are a small family-run property and cancellations can affect us hugely. We strongly recommend you purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. We suggest that the policy should include, but not be limited to, the reimbursement of any monies paid in the event the travel is cancelled, loss or damage to personal baggage and loss of money and medical expenses.
PAYMENT POLICY
50% deposit is required at time of booking to secure your dates. Rates quoted are in Australian dollars and are subject to change at any time. Vue Nelson Bay is not liable for and is not required to honour any pricing displayed that is quoted in error. Minimum length of stay restrictions apply to certain rates during special event periods. Preferred method of payment is Visa and Mastercard, and surcharges apply for these card transactions.
CODE OF CONDUCT FOR THE SHORT-TERM RENTAL ACCOMMODATION INDUSTRY
Vue Nelson Bay has an obligation to comply to the Code of Conduct for Short-Term Rental Accommodation and all guests must abide by the Code.

Guests must comply with point 2.5 of this Code with respect to their behaviour whilst occupying the property. Failure to comply will result in all guests being added to the NSW Exclusion Register preventing future rental of private properties.
Vue Nelson Bay make the property available to guests for the purposes of short-term holiday accommodation and we maintain a relationship with neighbouring properties. Any complaints received will be treated seriously and, in line with the NSW Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Industry, may lead to a report being made to the Commissioner, which may lead to the primary guest, and/or any other guest, be registered on the Exclusion Register.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
• You must be at least 30 years of age to book.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your dates.
• All reservation requests are subject to approval and confirmation by Vue Nelson Bay
• Confirmed dates cannot be amended or changed therefore guests are to choose their dates wisely.
• All amounts are quoted are in Australian Dollars
• Vue Nelson Bay is not liable for and is not required to honour any pricing displayed that is quoted in error.
• Rates are subject to change without notice.
• Preferred method of payment is Visa, Mastercard, Amex or JSB and surcharges apply for these card transactions.
• Guests are required to meet the property’s concierge upon arrival. Guests will not gain access to the property otherwise.
• Booking is allowable for ten guests maximum with an option of a further two children (extras fees apply) to stay at the property. No additional guests are allowed other than those listed upon the booking confirmation. A full list of all people staying at the property will be required to be provided 14 days prior to the booking.
• All reservations are required to complete our guest registration. You will be required to upload Photo ID (of the booking person), credit card, names and ages of all guests. All information provided is securely held and disposed of accordingly. If the registration is not received within 24 hours of being sent your reservation will be cancelled.
• To cover for anything unexpected we recommend all guests, local and international, obtain travel insurance. Even for weekenders. We highly recommend guests take out travel insurance to cover for unforeseen circumstances and damages. This recommendation also applies to Australians travelling within Australia.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations with MORE THAN 90 days’ notice prior to your arrival is fully refundable
- Cancellations BETWEEN 30 - 90 days’ notice prior to your arrival date 50% cancellation fee of the booking total will be incurred.
- Cancellations WITHIN 30 days of your arrival date a 100% cancellation fee of the booking total will be incurred.
No cancellations are accepted within 30 days of your arrival date. You will be charged the total of the reserved stay under all circumstances. Written notification must be provided for all cancellations.
In the event Vue Nelson Bay must cancel your accommodation for circumstances beyond our control a full refund will be made. However, we will not be held liable for any further costs incurred.
